The Muhammad Subuh Foundation is managed by a board of eight Trustees dedicated to the long term development of Subud worldwide. The World Subud Association appoints seven Trustees from nominations put forward by national organizations through their zonal representatives, World Subud Council members, and by the the Muhammad Subuh Foundation Trustees.
The Chairperson of the World Subud Association (WSA) serves as ex officio Trustee for a term concurrent with her term as WSA Chairperson. The Trustees meet at least annually and have teleconferences as needed.
Olvia Reksodipoetro is the Chair of the Board. Currently, the Administrative Office is in Rotterdam, Netherlands and is managed by Leonard van Willenswaard, who serves as Administrator and Treasurer. Contact information for the trustees is available in a pdf list.
To promote the work of the Muhammad Subuh Foundation, national representatives are appointed to act as sources of local information and expertise on the Muhammad Subuh Foundation.

Olvia
Reksodipoetro, Chairperson/Trustee
Olvia was born in Paris and has worked in a number of administrative positions both in France and in Indonesia. She moved to Jakarta in 1974 where she met her husband. In 1995, she established her own company – CYBERconsult – doing various projects for the World Bank, the IMF and the U.N. Olvia has been involved in a number of social projects and is a founder of Yayasan Pustaka Kelana (mobile libraries for the poor), Indonesian Relief and Development Network (a foundation specializing in health projects in Java and Kalimantan), and has recently been asked to chair Yayasan Usaha Mulia, a charitable organization involved in community development and educational projects. |

Ismana
Sumohadiwidjojo
Ibu Ismana has served as an International
Helper, Coordinator Kejiwaan Helper for South-East Asia and Asia,
Chairperson of Yayasan Usaha Mulia, Susila Dharma Indonesia, and
Director of Susila Dharma International.
She is the current Chairperson of Sekolah Yayasan Cita Buana. Ibu Ismana has
extensive involvement in community development, manpower training, and educational
development. In addition, she has helped to establish numerous orphanages and
convalescent homes. She has also been involved in setting up emergency relief
programs throughout Indonesia. |

Dahlan Foah, Trustee
Dahlan brings entrepreneurial and financial expertise to the Foundation as the CEO and founder of Visioneering International Inc., the principal audio visual consultant to the United Nations for the past 25 years and as director of a real estate development and management firm. He is multi-lingual, has completed post-graduate work in Italian Literature and Art History, and is currently working on his Master of Fine Arts in Art and Design. In addition to his business and academic pursuits, Dahlan is an accomplished classical pianist and orchestral conductor. Opened in 1972, he has participated in many international Subud projects and has served as Chairman of SES and SICA in the USA and as Treasurer of SUBUD USA. He has also served as a regional helper and has been a local helper for 27 years. |

Leonard van Willenswaard,
Trustee / Treasurer
Leonard has a degree in Law and for
fourteen years was a partner in a successful import/export company,
Image Trading International.
He is a Director of PT S. Widjojo and of S.Widjojo International, which represents offshore shareholders in PT S. Widjojo. |

Osanna
Vaughn, WSA Chairlady / Trustee
As chairlady for
the World Subud Association for the period from 2005 to 2009,
Osanna Vaughn automatically becomes an ex-officio MSF Trustee
for the same period.
Over the years, Osanna has held a variety
of positions within the Subud structure, and brings her wide experience
and knowledge of the association to this position. She speaks various
languages, and is an author and a communicator. |

Simone
Paige, Trustee
Simone has worked as an administrator and teacher of English, history, psychology and womens' studies. She has run creative writing workshops at retreats and conferences. She holds a B.A. in Social Science from Villanova University, an M.A. in Educational Leadership from University Of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. in 19th Century British cultural studies with a focus on Victorian poetry from the University of Delaware. A practicing Quaker, she is currently serving as chair of Worship and Ministry and the Outreach Committees. Simone has served as the chair of Subud Philadelphia and as regional helper and has been a local helper for many years. |

Muchtar Martins, Trustee
Muchtar, an architect living in Lisbon, Portugal, was opened in 1969. Beginning with local helper and committee work he has gone on to hold many positions in Subud including International Helper, Chairman of WSA, International Coordinator for Subud Centers and is currently serving his second term as an MSF Trustee. He has dedicated many years to supporting various Subud enterprises and endeavors, especially the worldwide creation of new Subud houses and now looks forward to participating in widening the scope of MSF. |

Hannah Baerveldt, Trustee
Born in Portland, Oregon (USA) where she joined Subud in 1972, Hannah has been living in Jakarta, Indonesia for the past nine years. Throughout her Subud life, she has been consistently supportive of Subud through her efforts as a helper, as a member of local, national, and international committees, working in enterprises, and is now involved in social work as a director of Yayasan Usaha Mulia (Foundation for Noble Work: www.yum-irdn.org). Hannah has an Arts & Letters bachelor’s degree with honors from Portland State University. |

Lillian Shulman - MSF Administrator
Opened in New York City in 1970, Lillian is a helper who has also served as Chairperson of Subud Boston, East Coast Regional Treasurer and editor of the Subud East Coast News. She is an ESL and language arts teacher currently living in Portland, Oregon. |
